I adored the hotel's elegant design and luxurious atmosphere. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. I particularly appreciated the high-quality linens. The central location made exploring so easy. I loved how close I was to everything. The staff were helpful. They always provided prompt and friendly service.
I noticed that the wait times at the bar were sometimes a bit long, particularly during peak hours.

I found the room quite nice with all the amenities required. the bar area was comfortable and relaxed. the staff were helpful. I want to particularly mention ryan. the building is lovely and well refurbished.
I noticed too little milk, tea and coffee in the room. More attention to detail in providing these essentials would be welcome.
